The fleet calendarEvery car in its own row, every day in a column: bookings, cars out, delays and service in colour. Click a free day and the booking opens with the car and date ready.
Bookings and handoverBook for a date, hand over the car when the customer comes (km, fuel, condition) and the contract prints on the spot.
Rule-based pricesThe list price per car, weekly or monthly discounts, seasonal prices per class, extras per day or per contract (GPS, child seat, full cover). A trial calculation before you promise.
The contract with one touchThe parties, the car with plates and VIN, mileage, fuel, condition, period, price, deposit, limits: everything article 5 of AI 11/2023 requires, printed as PDF.
Return = fiscal receiptKm and fuel on return, extras (fuel, damage, delay), cash or card payment; the paid invoice and the fiscal receipt to ATK come out by themselves.
The contract bookEvery contract with the handover and return time, as article 4 requires; search by customer, plate or number.
Every car is an assetPurchase date, cost, book value and 20 % depreciation a year (Law 06/L-105), recorded by itself every month.
Selling the carA sales invoice with VAT, the asset is removed at book value and the car moves to the archive with the price, buyer and result.

The archiveSold cars with their whole history: how many days they were rented and how much they earned.
