What is "one till"?
One point of sale registered with ATK: one counter with its own tablet or phone. A shop with one counter has one till; a restaurant with a bar and a room usually has two. Each extra till costs 60 € a year.
Why does Shitja cost 60 € more with VAT?
A VAT-registered business needs the sales and purchase books in EDI format and the TV return every month. In Shitja that part is paid separately; in Lokali, Klinika, Rent and Agjenti it is included.
How do I pay?
Once a year, in advance, by bank transfer. We issue a VAT invoice. After payment you get the licence code by email and enter it under Settings → Licences. How the licence works →
What happens after the 30-day trial?
The products you have not bought close behind a box where you enter the code; nothing is deleted. Accounting for the first two companies stays free with no end date.
I run an accounting office with 30 clients. What do I pay?
The first two companies are free. For the other 28: 28 × 4 € = 112 € a month, or 1,344 € a year. Put 30 under "Companies" above and see it.
Can I take two products?
Yes, and they write to the same books. A restaurant with a field agent switches on Lokali and Agjenti; the total shows above.
Is there a price for offices that bring clients?
Yes. An accounting office that brings its own clients to Portofol gets a partner price for their products. Write to us.
