Step by step
From the trial to the licence.
- The trial starts by itselfAs soon as you register the business you have 30 days of access to all six products: Accounting, Shitja, Lokali, Agjenti, Rent and Klinika. The fiscal receipt works on ATK's test environment until you activate PortoSEF.
- Pick the packageUnder Pricing work out what it costs for your type of business and number of tills, or write to us for a quote. You pay by bank, a year in advance; we issue a VAT invoice.
- Get the codeAfter payment we email you a code like HPQF-H6HP. The code is valid for 30 days to enter and is used only once.
- Enter it in the appOpen Settings → Licences → Enter the licence code, or enter it straight on the screen that appears when the product closes. The licence opens at once, on all the business's devices.
The rules
What you should know.
What does a licence cover?
One product, one business (business number) and the number of tills or agents you bought. A shop with two tills has one PortoPos licence with two seats. The licence does not pass to another business.
How do I know when it expires?
Under Settings → Licences you see every product with its expiry date. 14 days before expiry a gold strip appears at the top of the app, and we email you.
What happens when it expires?
The product closes for new sales and the "Licence expired" screen appears with the box for the code. Nothing is deleted: the data stays for reading and export to Excel, CSV and PDF for another 90 days.
How do I renew?
With a new code. If the licence is still valid, the new year is added after the expiry date, so you lose no days by renewing early.
Does the accounting office pay for its clients?
The books for an office's first two businesses are free. Clients who use the till, the restaurant or the clinic have their own licence; the office sees their books at no extra charge.
What does the licence include?
Use of the cloud system, daily backups, updates (legal ones too) and support by email and phone. The full terms are under Licence terms.
