The business number
The unique identification number from the ARBK certificate. You enter it in the company's details in Portofol.
PortoSEF · Fiscalisation (SEF)
ATK's Electronic Fiscalisation System (SEF) requires every sale to a final consumer to carry a receipt that is signed and reported in real time. Portofol does this itself, from the till, from the restaurant and from the invoice, without a fiscal cash register.
How it works
Every sale to a final consumer gets a signed receipt and is reported to ATK at once, as AI (MF) 01/2026 requires. From the till, the restaurant or the invoice.
What you need
The unique identification number from the ARBK certificate. You enter it in the company's details in Portofol.
From ATK's EDI: Fiscalisation → Request for fiscalisation. One number per point of sale.
Any 80 mm thermal printer, or the office printer. No fiscal device is needed.
Questions
Businesses that sell to the final consumer: shops, markets, cafés, restaurants, services. Under AI (MF) 01/2026 every such sale gets a fiscal receipt reported to ATK.
No. The receipt is issued by the app and signed with the certificate ATK gives the point of sale. To print it, an 80 mm thermal printer or an ordinary printer is enough.
The key is created on Portofol's server during registration and stored encrypted; it is never downloaded and never leaves the server. ATK only signs the certificate.
The sale is saved and the receipt keeps its QR code, marked as not sent. When the connection returns you re-send it to ATK with one click.
Today's receipt is cancelled with a cancellation receipt; goods returned later get a return receipt. Both refer to the original receipt, the goods go back to stock and the books update themselves.
The integration has been tested against ATK's test service: point-of-sale registration, sale, QR code, return and cancellation. SEF certification by ATK is in progress; until then the test environment is used.
Register the point of sale in a few minutes, then sell as usual.
